Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL) has proposed a 5% dividend worth Rs. 47.76 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The 372nd meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 14, 2079 decided to distribute 5% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9.55 Arba. 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 45.38 crores and 0.25% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 2.38 crores have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

Century Commercial Bank is being acquired by Prabhu Bank. Both the banks signed MoU for acquisition on Shrawan 15, 2079. Accordingly, the instituitions will start joint transaction by the end of Poush.
