Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) proposes a 15% dividend worth Rs. 1.01 Arba and has called 26th AGM on Poush 22, 2079.

The 410th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 20 has also proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividends worth Rs. 50.63 Crores each have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 6.75 Arba.

The company has declared the book closure for dividends and AGM on Poush 03. Thus, investors maintained before that date are entitled to the dividend and can also attend the AGM. As of writing, the company's LTP is Rs. 387.
