Civil Bank Limited (CBL) has proposed a 5.26% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The company's 403rd meeting of the board held on Poush 05 has proposed a 0.26% cash dividend and a 5% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 9.07 Arba. Thus, the cash dividend amounts (for tax purpose) to Rs. 2.38 Crores and the bonus shares are worth Rs. 45.37 Crores.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the company. As of writing, the last trading day close of the company stands at Rs. 214.
