From the 245th meeting of the Board of Directors of Guheswori Merchant Banking & Finance Limited held on Tuesday, the company has decided to distribute dividend of 7.37% for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The current paid up capital of the company is Rs. 95.04 Crores. From the paid up capital, the company has proposed 7% bonus dividend worth Rs. 6.65 Crores and 0.37% cash dividend (tax purpose) worth Rs. 35.01 Lakh for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The financial statement will be submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval and the proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the 21st Annual General Meeting of the company.
