Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) has proposed a 70% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The meeting of board of directors held on 9th Mangsir 2079 (today), has proposed 70% dividend from the profit maintained after FY 2078/79. The paid-up capital of the company stands Rs. 1.51 Arba. 60% bonus shares and 10% cash dividend (including tax) have been proposed.

The dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming 22nd AGM going to held on Poush 27, 2079. The book closure date is on Poush 20. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
