Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JALPA) has proposed a 76.8421% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The company has proposed a 3.421% cash dividend and a 73% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 16 Crores. Thus, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 61.47 Lakhs and bonus shares are worth Rs. 11.38 crores. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.

This is the first dividend proposed by the company.

Jalpa Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited started joint operation in December 2020 following the merger of two regional level microfinance: Jalpa Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, which was operating in 10-district since March 2019, and another Mahila Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited which was operating in 10-district since February 2019. The company issued its IPO to general public from 21st Magh to 25th Magh, 2078.
