Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Everest Bank Limited (EBL) and NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA).

Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has called its 29th AGM on 30th Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will be held at Lainchaur Banquet, Lainchaur, Kathmandu, starting at 11 a.m. that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse the 20.53% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 357th meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Bhadra 27 decided to distribute a 10.53% cash dividend and a 10% bonus share from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 10.69 Arba. The cash dividend includes the tax amount for the bonus shares.

Ashwin 16 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.

Likewise, NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has called its 26th AGM on 28th Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will be held in the Army Officer's Club located at Sundhara, Kathmandu, starting from 9 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 30.5% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 29% bonus shares and a 1.5% cash dividend have been proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 11.56 Arba. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 3.35 Arba, and the cash dividends are worth Rs 17.35 Crores.

Ashwin 16 to Ashwin 28 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
