Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited (MBL) has called its 24th AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Army Office Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

Among others, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.

Likewise, appointment of the auditor and determination of the remuneration for the year 2079/80 will also be discussed.

However, MBL announced that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2078/79.

The Board Meeting of MBL held on Poush 01, 2079 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2078/79.
