Mandakini Hydropower Limited (MHL) will be convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30, 2079. The meeting will be convened in Anupam Foodland, Battisputali at 3:00 PM.

The main agendas of the meeting are:

• Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
• Endorsement of annual reports presented by the Chairman.
• Discuss to decide on the decision to propose 5 percent of the paid-up capital (including tax) as cash dividend from the distributable profits of 2078/79 to the shareholders
• Regarding the election of 7 member directors including 4 from Promoter group, 2 from general group and 1 independent director.
• Others

The book closure date is announced to be Poush 21. Thus, investors maintained till that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
