Nepal Doorsanchar Company (NTC) proposes 40% Cash Dividend; AGM to be held on Poush 28

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) will be convening its 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 28, 2079. The AGM will be held at Rastriya Sabha Ghriya, Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu from morning 10 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse a cash dividend of Rs 40 per share, from the net profit of FY 2078/79.
- To endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2078/79.
- To appoint auditors for FY 2079/80.
The book closure date for the AGM has been set from Poush 18 to Poush 27, 2079. Thus, only those shareholders holding their shares till Poush 17, 2079 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM.
Last Year, NTC has proposed a 40% dividend including a 20% bonus shares for FY 2077/78.
