Nepal Finance Limited (NFS) has published an offer letter to issue its rights offering to shareholders. The issue will open today, i.e. on Jestha 06 and close on 26th Jestha, 2079.

In the rights offering of 1: 0.70 ratio, a total of 34,54,474.275 units of right shares will be issued to eligible shareholders. Chaitra 17 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day can apply for the rights offering.

The 29th AGM of the company held on 3rd Baisakh, 2079 had endorsed the proposal of 1: 0.70 rights offering on the paid-up capital maintained after the adjustment of bonus shares. The paid-up capital after bonus adjustment is Rs 83.89 crore. Thus, a total of 34,54,474.275 shares will be issued.

Prabhu Capital has been appointed the issue manager. The application was submitted to SEBON on Kartik 01. SEBON approved the issue on Chaitra 08, 2078.
