The 442nd meeting of the Board of Directors of NMB Bank Limited held on Monday decided to distribute dividends from the distributable profit according to the financial statement of the financial year 2078/79.

The company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of 8.25% on the current paid-up capital of the bank. The current paid up capital of NMB Bank is Rs. 18.366 Arba.

The decision to distribute the dividends will be implemented after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and being passed by the next Annual General Meeting.
