As proposed by the 512th meeting of the Board of Directors of Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL), from the actual profit up to Fiscal Year2078/79, the company proposes to distribute a dividend of 4.21% on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.04 Arba.

The company is set to distribute a 4% bonus dividend worth Rs. 4.16 Crores and a 0.21% Cash Dividend (tax purpose) worth Rs. 21.85 Lakhs for the fiscal year 2078/79.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the company. As of writing, the last trading day close of the company stands at Rs. 321.
