Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) and Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL).

Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has called its 74th AGM on 22nd Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse an 8.4211% dividend for FY 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 04, 2079 decided to distribute a 0.4211% cash dividend worth Rs. 58.06 lakhs and 8% bonus shares worth Rs. 11.03 Crores. The existing paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.37 Arba.

Similarly, Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) has called its 16th AGM on Poush 22, 2079. The meeting will be held in Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pokhara, Kaski.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14.5% dividend worth Rs. 66.56 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting on Kartik 24, 2079 decided to distribute a 14.5% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 4.59 Arba. 13% bonus shares worth Rs. 59.68 crores and 1.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 6.88 Crores have been proposed.
