Reminder! Last Day to Clinch Dividend Proposed by Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta and NMB Laghubitta

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) and NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF).

Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) has called its 4th AGM on 30th Chaitra, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's head office located at Katahari, Morang, starting at 10:30 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14.99% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The company decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.03 Arba. 14.285% bonus shares worth Rs. 14.77 crores and 0.714% cash dividend worth Rs. 73.87 lakhs have been proposed. The cash dividend includes the tax amount levied on the dividend.

Similarly, NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NMBMF) has called its 10th AGM on 15th Baisakh, 2080. The meeting will be held in City Square Pvt. Ltd., New Road, Pokhara, starting at 12:30 PM that day.

 

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 133rd meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 27 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 65.58 Crores. 10% bonus shares worth Rs 6.55 crores and 0.5263% cash dividend (tax purpose) worth Rs 34.51 Lakhs have been proposed.

Chaitra 17 is the book closure date for both companies' AGMs. Therefore, the shareholders maintained till today are entitled to dividend payout and can attend the respective AGM.
