Reminder! Last Day to Clinch Dividend Proposed by Mahila Laghubitta and Mithila Laghubitta

Today is the last day to grab dividends proposed by Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) and Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL).

Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) has called its 5th AGM on 21st Falgun, 2079. The meeting will be held in Agantuk Resort, Dhulikhel, starting at 11 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 50% dividend worth Rs. 7.37 crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 51st board of directors meeting on Poush 26 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 14.75 crores. 47.5% bonus shares worth Rs 7 crores and 2.5% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 36.87 lakhs have been proposed.

Similarly, Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) has called its 14th AGM on 17th Falgun, 2079. The meeting will be held in New Bauwa Hotel and Guest House, Mithila Municipality, starting at 11 AM that day.

 

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 15.789473681% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 231st meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 28 has decided to distribute 15% bonus shares and a 0.789473681% cash dividend for the fiscal year. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 17.04 crores, the bonus shares are worth a little over Rs. 2.55 crores and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 13.45 lakhs.

The book closure date for both companies is on Falgun 05. Thus, shareholders maintained till today are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend respective AGMs.
