Today is the last day to grab the 5% dividend proposed by Century Commercial Bank Limited (CCBL).

The bank has called the 12th AGM on 14th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Tribhuvan Army Officer's Club, Tudikhel, starting at 9 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5% dividend worth Rs. 47.76 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 372nd meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 14, 2079 decided to distribute a 5% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9.55 Arba. 4.75% bonus shares worth Rs. 45.38 crores and 0.25% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 2.38 crores have been proposed.

Poush 04 is the book closure date. Thus the shareholders maintained before that day are eligible for dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
