Reminder! Last day to Grab Dividend Proposed by Prabhu Bank Limited and Chilime Hydropower Company

Today is the last day to grab dividends proposed by Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) and Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL).

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) has called its 21st AGM on 14th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Tits head office located at Babarmahal, Kathmandu, starting at 9 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse 8% dividend worth Rs. 1.01 Arba for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 01, 2079 decided to distribute 8% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 12.70 Arba. 6.50% bonus shares worth Rs. 82.60 crores and 1.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 19.06 Crores have been proposed.

The book closure is on Poush 01. Thus the shareholders maintained before that day are eligible for dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.

Similarly, Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) proposes a 15% dividend worth Rs. 1.01 Arba and has called 26th AGM on Poush 22, 2079.

The 410th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 20 has also proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. 7.5% bonus shares and 7.5% cash dividends worth Rs. 50.63 Crores each have been proposed. The company's existing paid-up capital is Rs. 6.75 Arba.

Poush 03 is the book closure date. Thus the shareholders maintained before that day are eligible for dividend payout and can also attend the AGM.
