RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RSDC) has proposed a 9.0528% dividend worth Rs. 7.87 Crores for the fiscal year 2079/80.

The 148th meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) held on Ashwin 19 has decided to distribute a 9.0528% dividend from the paid-up capital of Rs. 86.95 Crores. 8.6% bonus shares worth Rs. 7.47 Crores and 0.4528% for cash dividends worth Rs. 39.35 lakhs have been proposed. 

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, RSDC has an LTP of Rs. 585.
