Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDLBSL) has proposed a 20% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

At the meeting of the board of directors held on 7 Poush, SDLBSL proposed a 20% dividend from the profit maintained after FY 2078/79.

The paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs. 32.12 Crores. 19% bonus shares and 1% cash dividend (for tax purposes) have been proposed. A bonus dividend worth Rs. 6.10 Crores and a Cash dividend worth Rs. 32.12 Lakh has been proposed for the FY 2078/79.

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
