Shree Investment Finance Company Limited (SIFC) has called its 28th AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the head office of Shree Investment Finance Company, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

• Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
• Endorsement of annual reports presented by the Chairman.
• To approve the proposed dividend of 2.40% bonus share and 5.20% cash dividend.
• To amend and approve the share ownership ratio from 53.32% (Promoters) and 46.68% (Public) to 51% and 49%, respectively.

The book closure date is on Poush 19. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this AGM
