Swet-Ganga Hydropower & Construction Limited (SGHC) has called its 6th AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) Amendment of Articles of Association and, Rules and Regulations of the company.
5) Authorizing the Board of Directs to take additional bank loan facilities.
6) To give full authority to the BODs to make necessary amendments as directed by the regulatory bodies.
7) Elect 2 directors from the public shareholding group.

Poush 14 is the book closure date. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day can attend this AGM.
