Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) has proposed an 8.42% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 26 has decided to distribute 8.42% of the paid-up capital as cash dividends for the fiscal year 2078/79. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,88,66,54,000, the cash dividend is worth Rs. 15,88,76,126.

Note that this dividend will be distributed only after endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. TRH closed at Rs. 438.40 yesterday.
